Cancelling Your Service Plan
You may cancel your service plan at any time by contacting us. The following terms apply based on the timing and type of plan:


1. Cancellation Within 14 Days (Cooling-Off Period)
If you cancel within 14 calendar days of receiving your policy documents, you will receive a full refund of any payments made—provided no claims have been made.
If a claim has been made during this period, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of any services provided from your refund. You will be informed of any such deductions.

2. Cancellation After 14 Days
If you cancel after the 14-day period, your cancellation will take effect immediately.
We reserve the right to cancel your policy at any time by giving you 14 days’ written notice to your last known address.


Monthly Plans

If you cancel a monthly plan, no further payments will be taken.
Premiums already paid are non-refundable, except in certain cases where cancellation is due to valid grounds such as:

  • Duplicate purchase

  • Proven service failure

  • Mistaken or unauthorized transaction

In such cases, a refund for the current month only may be considered at our discretion.



Annual Plans

If you cancel an annual plan after the 14-day cooling-off period:

You will be entitled to a pro-rata refund for any complete unexpired months remaining

A £45 administration fee will be deducted

No refund will be issued if a claim has been made or an incident has occurred that may give rise to a claim
